In the event that a product complaint from WHITE LETTER STUDIO cannot be resolved by offering alterations and/or a product replacement, customers may be given a partial refund. WHITE LETTER STUDIO will retain 25% of the product price to cover all consultation and/or materials costs associated with that specific product.

If you order goods from our Site for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination.
